本实用新型涉及一种用于剪切钢板的新型剪刃,包括上剪刃和下剪刃,上剪刃和下剪刃的内侧中部设有凹槽,降低了剪切面的磨损,同时,下剪刃上端的剪切面向内倾斜呈一定角度,使得剪切后的细小钢条及时滑出剪切区域,减轻了剪刃的磨损,提高了剪切效率。
The utility model relates to a novel shear blade for shearing a steel plate, which comprises an upper shear blade and a lower shear blade, wherein a groove is respectively arranged at the middle parts of the inner sides of the upper shear blade and the lower shear blade, thereby the abrasion of shearing surfaces is reduced; and meanwhile, the shearing surface at the upper end of the lower shear blade is inwards inclined to form a certain angle, so that fine steel bars after shearing slide out of a shearing region in time, the abrasion of the shear blade is lightened, and the shearing efficiency is improved.
