Abstract

The utility model discloses a high-accuracy measurement device for grinding force, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical design. The measurement device comprises an installation base plate, a side plate, a bottom plate, a floating fixture, a movable sliding table, a single-axis force sensor, a fixture support and two three-axis force sensors. The side plate and the bottom plate are perpendicularly and fixedly connected to one side surface of the installation base plate, and the two planes where the side plate and the bottom plate are located are perpendicular to each other. The two three-axis force sensors are fixedly installed on the surface of the side, opposite to the bottom plate, of the side plate. The single-axis force sensor is fixedly installed on the installation base plate and located in the surrounding range of the side plate and the bottom plate. The fixture support is connected with the two three-axis force sensors through two installation planes respectively. The floating fixture is fixedly connected inside the fixture support. All the components are integrally connected to the movable sliding table through the installation base plate. According to the high-accuracy measurement device, the grinding force, in the direction X, the direction Y and the direction Z, borne by a work-piece in the precision and fine grinding process can be measured at the same time with high accuracy.
本实用新型公开了一种研磨力高精度测量装置,属于机械设计技术领域。测量装置包括安装基板、侧板、底板、浮动卡具、移动滑台、单轴力传感器、卡具支架和两个三轴力传感器、侧板和底板均垂直固定连接在安装基板的一侧表面上,侧板和底板所在的两个平面也互相垂直;两个三轴力传感器分别固定安装在侧板和底板相对一侧的表面上,单轴力传感器固定安装在安装基板上且位于侧板和底板的合围范围内;卡具支架通过其两个安装平面分别与两个三轴力传感器连接;浮动卡具固定连接在卡具支架内部,上述组件整体通过安装基板连接在移动滑台上。本实用新型能够实现同时对精密微细研磨加工过程中工件所受X、Y、Z三个方向研磨力的高精度测量。
