本实用新型为一种专用于电动卡车的传动轴总成,解决了传统传动轴不能和电机输出法兰直接匹配等问题。其包括节叉、十字轴、卡簧、突缘叉、轴管和法兰盘;节叉通过十字轴及卡簧与突缘叉连接;轴管的端部与节叉的外圆焊接,做完动平衡后,再将法兰盘和突缘叉通过螺栓、螺母连接成一体。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理、成本低廉、装卸方便、隔绝了漏电的风险,法兰盘和突缘叉重新设计匹配,结构更加合理科学,传动效率更高;传统传动轴在无中间支撑的情况下需做成可伸缩式传动轴,成本高,本实用新型直接将中间可伸缩部分换成轴管连接,节约成本。
The utility model provides a drive shaft assembly special for an electric truck. The drive shaft assembly solves the problems that a traditional drive shaft can not be directly matched with a motor output flange and the like. The drive shaft assembly comprises joint forks, universal joint pins, clamp springs, flange yokes, a shaft pipe and a flange disc. The joint forks are connected with the flange yokes through the universal joint pins and the clamp springs, the ends of the shaft pipe are welded with the outer circles of the joint forks, and after dynamic balance, the flange disc and the flange yokes are integrally connected through bolts and nuts. The drive shaft assembly is simple in structure, reasonable in design, low in cost and convenient to assemble and disassemble, the risk of electric leakage is avoided, the flange disc and the flange yokes are redesigned to be matched, the structure is more reasonable and scientific, and transmission efficiency is higher; a traditional drive shaft needs to be made to a telescopic drive shaft under the condition that intermediate support does not exist, cost is high, and according to the drive shaft assembly, the middle telescopic part is directly changed to shaft pipe connection, and cost is saved.
