The utility model discloses a sluice valve which comprises a valve body, a valve rod and a hand wheel, wherein one end of the valve rod is fixedly connected with the hand wheel, and the other end of the valve rod forms a control end; the valve body comprises a control cavity and a through cavity, and an opening, at which the control cavity is communicated with the through cavity, is hinged to two sealing plates; the two sealing plates can be sliced and sealed with the opening of the control cavity in the process of upward movement of the valve rod; each sealing plate is formed by glidingly connecting an intercepting plate with a baffle plate, and the intercepting plate is hinged to the side wall of the opening; a connecting rod is hinged to the baffle plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the control end; two support rods are hinged between the two baffle plates and mutually hinged; a groove is formed in the inner wall of the through cavity. In the process of downward movement of the valve rod, the two connecting rods and the two support rods are distributed in a triangle, so that one end of each baffle plate is propped against the side wall of the groove, and wedge-shaped surfaces are arranged on the collision ends of the two baffle plates. One end of the through cavity is an inlet end, and the other end of the through cavity is an outlet end. The sluice valve has the characteristics of small friction, good sealing effect and long service life.
本实用新型公开了一种闸阀,包括阀体、阀杆以及手轮,阀杆一端与手轮固定连接,另一端构成控制端,阀体包括控制腔和通腔,控制腔与通腔相连通的开口铰接有两块密封板,两块密封板在阀杆向上运动过程中可拼接密封控制腔的开口,每块密封板均由截流板和挡板滑移连接构成,截流板与开口的侧壁铰接,挡板上铰接有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与控制端铰接,两个挡板之间铰接有两根支撑杆,两根支撑杆相互铰接,通腔的内壁设有凹槽,挡板在阀杆向下运动过程中,两个连接杆与两根支撑杆呈三角形分布,使挡板的一端与凹槽侧壁抵触,两个挡板的抵触端均设有楔形面,通腔的一端为进口端,另一端为出口端,该实用新型具有摩擦小,密封效果好和使用寿命长的特点。
