Abstract

The utility model relates to an operating lever control structure, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The operating lever control structure is characterized in that each distance sensor (2) is fixed on one pedestal (1), each steel magnet (3) is fixed in one end cap (4), each elastic spring (5) is fixed on an armrest (8) and two side surfaces of one mounting base (6), an unlocking switch (9) is fixed in the armrest (8), and an unlocking bar (10) is fixed on the inner cavity of the armrest (8). When the unlocking switch (9) is triggered, a gap is generated between each end cap (4) on one of the two ends of the armrest (8) and one distance sensor (2), when an operator holds the armrest (8) and presses the unlocking bar (10) down to open the unlocking switch (9), the distance sensors (2) generate current signals, the operator applies a force on the armrest (8), and the force drives the steel magnets (3) to shift relative to the distance sensors (2), the motion state of a device is identified through the magnitude and direction of displacement of the steel magnets (3) relative to the distance sensors (2). The operating lever control structure is advantaged in that the operating lever control structure can be pushed easily in a laborsaving manner, and the operating lever control structure is wide in application scope, strong in adaptability, simple in structure and low in manufacture cost.
一种操纵杆控制结构,属于医疗器械技术领域。其特征在于:距离传感器(2)固定在基座(1)上,磁钢(3)固定在端盖(4)内,弹性发条(5)分别与扶手(8)和固定座(6)两侧面固定,解锁开关(9)固定于扶手(8)内,解锁杆(10)固定于扶手(8)内腔,当触发解锁开关(9)时,扶手(8)两端的端盖(4)与距离传感器(2)之间产生间隙,在操纵者握住扶手(8)并压下解锁杆(10)打开解锁开关(9)时,位移传感器(2)产生电流信号,通过操纵者在扶手(8)上作用力的大小与方向,带动磁钢(3)偏移距离传感器(2)的大小与方向来识别设备运动状态。其优点是:推动时省力、轻便,应用范围广,适应性强,结构简单,制造成本低。
