The automotive battery box is simple in structure and can well solve the problem of battery short circuit caused by the fact that water enters a battery box.
本实用新型涉及一种车用电池箱体及使用该电池箱体的车辆,属于新能源电池箱体技术领域。本实用新型在电池箱体设置有水位传感器和单向阀,通过水位传感器实时采集电池箱体的水位,并将采集到的水位信息通过单片机发送给车辆仪表进行显示,以及发送给电池管理系统,电池管理系统根据实际电池高度设定报警阈值,一旦超过阈值,进行报警,提醒司机尽快将车移至高平台区,同时电池箱体底部的单向阀会自动将水排出,避免水位上升到一定程度,引起电池短路,造成整车高压漏电,伤及人身安全。本实用新型结构简单,能够很好的解决电池箱进水造成的电池短路问题。
