本实用新型公开了一种激光单元及激光系统,包括:一激光器,所述激光器包括激光芯片和准直元件,准直元件位于激光芯片输出光的光路上,用于对激光芯片的输出光进行准直,形成准直光束;位于准直光束光路上的反射元件,所述反射元件的反射面与准直元件成第一角度,用于对准直光束的方向进行调节,形成调节光束;其中,第一角度的取值范围为0°-90°,不包括端点值,从而可以根据对激光单元及包括该激光单元的激光系统出射光束的要求,来调节第一角度,进而调节调节光束的方向,使得调节光束可以满足预期要求,即使得本实用新型所提供的激光单元及激光系统的出射光束可以满足预期要求,提高了激光单元及激光系统的合格率。
The utility model discloses a laser unit and a laser system. The laser unit comprises a laser device. The laser device comprises a laser chip and a collimation component, wherein the collimation component is arranged on a light path of output light of the laser chip, and is used for carrying out collimation on the output light of the laser chip to form a collimated light beam. The laser unit also comprises a reflection component arranged on the light path of the collimated light beam, wherein the reflection surface of the reflection component forms a first angle with the collimation component so as to adjust the direction of the collimated light beam to form an adjusted light beam, the range of the first angle being 0-90 DEG excluding endpoint value. Therefore, the first angle can be adjusted according to the requirement on outgoing beams of the laser unit and the laser system comprising the laser unit, furthermore, the direction of the light beam is adjusted to enable the adjusted light beam to meet the expected requirements, that is, the outgoing beams of the laser unit and the laser system comprising the laser unit can meet the expected requirements, and the qualified rates of the laser system and the laser unit are improved.
