Abstract

The utility model discloses a numerical-control chamfering clamp which comprises a clamp body, two sliding blocks, two cylinders, two push blocks and a clamp jaw backer. A limit groove is formed in the middle of the clamp body, the two sliding blocks are arranged in the two ends of the limit groove respectively, a sliding groove with an upward opening is formed in each sliding block, and comb teeth are arranged on the upper surfaces of the sliding blocks; the two cylinders are fixed on the clamp body and connected with the sliding blocks respectively through bolts so as to drive the sliding blocks to slide along the limit groove; the two push blocks are fixed on T-shaped blocks in the sliding grooves through screws, comb teeth are arranged on the lower surface and one side edge of each push block, and the push blocks are connected with the sliding blocks through meshing of the comb teeth on the lower surfaces of the push blocks and the comb teeth on the upper surfaces of the sliding blocks; the clamp jaw backer is fixed on the middle of the upper surface of the clamp body, and combination teeth are arranged on the two side edges of the clamp jaw backer; the spaces between the two push blocks and the clamp jaw backer are used for clamping two clamp jaws which need chamfering.
本实用新型公开一种数控倒角夹具,包括:一夹具体,其中间设置有限位槽;两个滑块,其分别设于所述限位槽的两端内,所述滑块上设有开口朝上的滑槽,且其上表面上设有梳齿;两个气缸,其固定于所述夹具体上,并通过螺栓分别连接一所述滑块上,带动所述滑块沿所述限位槽滑动;两个推块,其通过螺钉固定于设于所述滑槽中的T型块上,所述推块的下表面和一侧边上均设有梳齿,且所述推块通过下表面的梳齿与所述滑块上表面的梳齿啮合;一卡爪靠山,其固定于所述夹具体上表面的中部,且其两侧边上设有结合齿;所述两个推块和所述卡爪靠山之间用于夹住需要加工倒角的两个卡爪。
