本实用新型涉及一种新型的热熔胶网膜生产装置,本装置包括融化反应室,融化反应室上方设有入料口,融化反应室的输出端连通一根输出管道,输出管道的输出端依次连接计量泵和转向泵,转向泵输出端朝下连接一根垂直方向的次输出管道,次输出管道的管身设有过滤机构,次输出管道的输出端连向网膜模具,网膜模具的下方设有传输带,传输带的中间位置结构为U型,采用以上技术方案后:本实用新型将热熔胶的融化、挤出以及进入模具制成网膜的过程,全部自动化,同时在传输带下方设置了风机,同时在传输带中间位置设置了冷水箱,即采用了人为风冷的方式,加快热熔胶网膜的固化,同时引入了过滤机构,降低热熔胶内部的杂质。
The utility model relates to a novel production device for hot-melt adhesive films. The device comprises a melt reaction chamber, wherein a material inlet is formed in a position above the melt reaction chamber, the output end of the melt reaction chamber is communicated with an output pipeline, and the output end of the output pipeline is sequentially connected with a metering pump and a steering pump; the output end of the steering pump is downwards connected with a secondary output pipeline in a vertical direction, and a pipe body of the secondary output pipeline is provided with a filtering mechanism; and the output end of the secondary output pipeline is connected to a film mold, a transmission belt is arranged below the film mold, and the structure of the middle position of the transmission belt is U-shaped. Through the adoption of the technical scheme, the process of the melting, the extruding and the entering into the mold of the hot melt adhesive to prepare the film is automated completely, at the same time a fan is arranged below the transmission belt and a cold water tank is arranged in the middle position of the transmission belt, namely, man-made wind cooling manner is adopted, the solidification of the hot melt adhesive film is accelerated, moreover, the filtering mechanism is introduced so that impurities in the hot melt adhesive are reduced.
