Abstract

【課題】全ての蒸発器伝熱管に、ドライアウトを生じさせることなく、海水を均一に供給することができ、しかも、コンパクトに構成しうる多重効用型造水装置用蒸発器を安価に提供する。 【解決手段】多重効用型造水装置用蒸発器は、多段に配置されている伝熱管列21よりなる伝熱管群11を備えている。各段の伝熱管列21は、複数の並列状水平伝熱管31によって構成されている。全段の伝熱管列21のうち、少なくとも最上段の伝熱管列21の伝熱管41に対する蒸気の供給を停止し、蒸気に代わり、海水を供給する。海水を供給する伝熱管41に海水散布用スリット51または孔61があけられている。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an evaporator for a multiple-effect water making apparatus capable of uniformly supplying seawater to all of evaporator heat transfer pipes without causing drying out and capable of being constituted compactly. SOLUTION: The evaporator for the multiple-effect water making apparatus is equipped with a heat transfer pipe group 11 composed of heat transfer pipe rows 21 arranged in a multistage fashion. The heat transfer pipe row 21 of each of the stages is constituted of a large number heat transfer pipes 31 arranged in parallel to each other. The supply of vapor to the heat transfer pipes 41 of at least the transfer pipe row 21 of the uppermost stage among the heat transfer pipe rows 21 of all of the stages is stopped and seawater is supplied in place of steam. Seawater sprinkling slits 51 or holes 61 are bored in each of the heat transfer pipes 41 for supplying seawater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
